A complete HW/SW solution tailored to manage and control different types of glass working machines (e.g. squaring, drilling, milling and washing machines, …) with a single software framework. Based on multiple technological layers (SAFE/PLC/IPC), this system manages multiple automation devices (robots, handling, safety devs, rollers, …) to guarantee the maximum production output, safety and quality. When necessary the solution can be integrated with a custom CNC solution (developed by MTE) and CAD/CAM softwares. The operators interact with the system using multiple GUIs. Different sensors recognize operators presence and automatically manages safety and manual operations. The system stores all the process-data on database. The solution is integrated with a PDA module (developed by MTE) to guarantee fully traceability of the process and perform condition monitoring on each machine. The solution can be integrated with external MES systems.

Hybrid Modular Platform (PLC/PC) created to transform single glass-processing machines in a full-automatic line.
The system can be integrated with external ERP/MES and CAD/CAM in order to synchronize all the informations about job-lists and CNC programs to process on each glass instance. This solution reduces the operators efforts to minimum and manages all machines operations automatically. It is also able to perform PDA and condition monitoring activities.
