An IT application able to generate optimal sequences for automatic warping machines.
Given a spool rack and a sectional warping machine with limited threads per section, this software is able to determine the best warping solution to minimize sections’ number (working time) and racks-consumption. At the same time it provides the optimal loading sequence for the spool rack. All the information is automatically transmitted to the PLCs.
This solution is highly customizable and it’s entirely based on a hi-performances built-in algorithm developed by Microtecna’s engineers.
