Hybrid frameworks capable to manage scientific-tailored algorithms to sort object classes and dispatch them in apposite containers at  very high frequencies.
These solution are composed of a Windows based RTOS where sensors’ data are acquired at very high speed and RTC operations are performed. These system communicate (in hard-real-time) with hi-performance PLCs that manage the sorting operations through motion control technologies and hi-speed I/Os. The PLCs are also provided with integrated and certified safety solutions.

An hybrid (PC/PLC) solution to perform automatic in-depth visual analysis of tyres.
The system integrates with many rollers, robots and industrial vision devices and is tailored in order to guarantee the maximum analysis accuracy and minimum turn around time. All process data are stored on internal databases and the platform is interfaced with an external MES solution.

A hardware/software solution tailored to manage and control aerospace simulators.
Based on multiple technological layers (PLC/SAFE-PLC/IPC), this system manages multiple automation devices (handling systems, safety devices, …) to ensure the maximum safety and simulation quality. 
The solution can be integrated with external simulation softwares.
The operators interact with the system using multiple GUIs and devices. Different sensors recognize operators presence and automatically manage safety and manual operations. The solution is integrated with an internal PDA module (developed by Microtecna) to ensure fully traceability of the production process and perform condition monitoring on each machine.
