One of our major strenghts is the capability to create a strong connection among advanced skills in different fields, such as applied research, manufacturing technologies, automation and industrial safety models, IT systems and infrastructures, internal and external communication systems and Human-Machine Interfaces, with a focus on industrial tech innovations and cyber-security.

We select among different project management methods and practices with the aim to adapt to each project's challenges, as well as to the group of stakeholders we work with. The choice mainly depends on a few parameters like complexity, duration, probability to get change requests and the presence of industry standards.

We can manage projects through the V-model, RAPID development, agile and extreme programming practices or the more traditional WATERFALL approach, or combine some of them into an hybrid approach that best fits the context we operate in.

The main standards that we have adopted for formal/critical projects are: IEC-61508 (SIL) - SEMI standard (SECS/GEM) - Pharma standards (cGMP, GAMP) - Aeronautical standards (RTCA/DO-178/DO-254).
