A fully scalable hybrid platform (PLC/IPC) capable of controlling and supervising factory HVAC in pharmaceutical contexts. The system is entirely built using industrial and modular field components connected via deterministic Ethernet-based fieldbuses.
The user interface is a web application (CFR21/11 compliant) that can be accessed from multiple sources.
Each field node automatically acquires process data, the platform stores all data in high-performance databases and offers extensive process control and traceability features, such as condition monitoring, statistical and quality analysis. This platform can be fully integrated with existing ERP/MES applications.
