An integrated, collaborative, and smart solution to manage the process of picking parts and components to feed multiple production lines for complex assemblies in the mechanical sector.
The system automatically acquires the production plan from the customer's ERP or MES and creates an optimized picking program for each distributed warehouse from which to draw.
Information is transmitted and customized for each operator who interacts with the system. The operators, guided by special flashing lights and information on touch panels, pick the necessary parts and place them inside special containers (also equipped with light indicators) on different AGVs that follow them step by step between the warehouses. Finally, the vehicles manage the automatic distribution of the components on the production lines and the system notifies the processed data to the MES.
