An integrated and smart solution to handle, control and monitor the screwing process on industrial production lines.
By dynamically loading the production list from the MES (customized by Microtecna), a hybrid system (PLC/IPC) guides operators using a Poka-Yoke approach on multiple touch screens. The system controls external manual screwdrivers in real-time, ensuring adequate torque for each screwing, and stores all data in an internal database.
Once each operation is completed, the data is synchronized with the MES to ensure complete traceability of the screwing process for each element.
