Quality is guaranteed by a multi-stage, hi-performance computer vision system (tailored by Microtecna).
The operators interact with the system through a PC-based GUI (CFR21/11 compliant) developed by Microtecna. Different optical sensors and lidars recognize the operators' presence and automatically manage safety and manual operations (using SLS and STL technologies).
The system stores all the process-related data into a local, safe and incorruptible database.
The solution is integrated with external MES and DCS systems to guarantee full traceability of the production process and to monitor the conditions of the production line.
