A complete PLC software solution that is tailored to control eyeglass frames coating lines.
Based on multiple technological layers (PLC/SAFE-PLC), this system manages multiple automation devices (robots, handling systems, safety devices, rollers, ...) and interfaces with external machines to mazimize performance and quality of production. The system is provided with an automatic paint-flow management system that is based on sensor-fusion technologies and algorithms developed by Microtecna's engineers.
The operators interact with the system through GUIs on different touch-screen devices.
The system stores all the process-data into an internal database. The solution can be integrated with MES to guarantee full traceability of the production process.
