Based on multiple technological layers (PLC/SAFE-PLC/IPC), this system manages various automation devices (robots, handling systems, Jaquard machines, safety devices, etc.) to maximize the performance, safety and quality of production.
Operators interact with the system through a PC-based GUI that integrates a custom-built software (developed by Microtecna) to manage spool racks and organize the sequence of operations. Different sensors and lidars recognize the presence of operators and automatically manage safety and manual operations (through SLS and STL technologies).
The system stores all the process-related data into a local database.
The solution can be integrated with external MES systems to guarantee full traceability of the production process and perform condition monitoring on each machine.
