A hybrid platform (PLC/IPC) that is tailored to manage test sessions on electrical generators.
The solution is composed of a SAFE-PLC that continuously checks plant and operators' security through several industrial-grade safety sensors. At the same time PC-based services acquire and dispatch all the information that is needed to control and observe the test processes.
This information and all safety/process events are stored into a high-performance, certified database.
Operators control and monitor the system via multiple web-interfaces and the system is connected with the factory's MES (tailored by Microtecna).
