A hybrid web-platform (PLC/IPC) built to manage electric-transformers' test laboratories.
The solution is composed of multiple SAFE-PLCs that continuously check plant and operators' security through several industrial-grade safety sensors. At the same time PC-based services acquire and dispatche all the information that is needed to control and observe the test processes.
This information and all safety and process events are stored into a high-performance, certified database.
Operators control and monitor the system via multiple web-interfaces and the system is connected with the factory's MES.
