Based on multiple technological layers (PLC/SAFE-PLC/IPC), this system manages multiple automation devices (handling systems, safety devices, ...) to maximize both safety and quality of simulation. The solution can be integrated with external simulation softwares.
The operators interact with the system using multiple GUIs and devices.
Different sensors recognize the presence of operators and automatically manage safety and manual operations. The solution is integrated with an internal PDA module (developed by Microtecna) to ensure full traceability of the production process and perform condition monitoring on each machine.
