A complete hardware/software solution tailored to control and manage safety of industrial cranes.
Given Microtecna’s expertise in optimal control & observation, this solution integrates custom-built algorithms to minimize load oscillations during crane’s movements.
Based on multiple technological layers (PLC/SAFE-PLC), this system manages all automation devices to guarantee the maximum performances and safety. The operators interact with the system using Wifi Joysticks and web-based GUIs. Different optical sensors and lidars recognize operators presence and automatically manages safety and manual operations (using SLS and STL technologies). The solution can be integrated with external MES to guarantee fully traceability of the production process and perform condition monitoring on the machine.
